QHow do we ensure your purchased goods are delivered in good condition?
AAll our products are stored in tight temperature-controlled freezing facilities before delivery. A specially designed insulated bag is used when delivering your goods to ensure the products’ temperatures are kept at its optimal level.

 

QHow should I store the products?
AAll our products are created to add convenience to your life, hence they are easy to store. Just keep them in the freezer of your household refrigerator.

 

QThe product (s) I’d like to purchase is (are) out of stock! What can I do?
ADo contact our helpful and friendly customer service, we will notify you once the product (s) is (are) available.

 

QWhat is Green Mart’s Privacy Policy?

AWe sell fresh and frozen items. We do our best to give you the best quality. If you found that your items are not fresh, you can let us know to exchange the goods.

AThere is no minimum order.

 

QHow do I place an order?

1) Choose an item you like and enter the quantity you wish to purchase

2) Click on “Add to cart”. You may choose to ‘continue shopping’ or ‘view cart

3) Login or create an account for a smoother process in the future

4) At ‘Check out’, if you have any promotional codes or store credits, be sure to enter them and click on ‘Check Out’

5) Enter your shipping address and select your prefered payment method : FPX / E-wallet

6) Confirm your order

7) Make payment

8) Lastly, upload payment receipt

 

QHow do I track the status of my order?
AClick on “My Account” at the upper right hand corner then click “Order Status” to check your order history.

 

QCan I reserve the item(s) I would like to purchase?
AUnfortunately, option to reserve is not available. All our orders are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis. If, however you would like to order in large quantities, do contact our customer service

 

QI have already placed an order, can I add on items?

Do inform our team immediately to get the missing items sent over again. 

You can contact us through the website chatbot, Facebook message or by WhatsApp.

 

QCan I have my goods delviered together with another acount person? 
AYes you can, but you will have to check out using the same account / same bill. We will not combine multiple bills for you.

Here are some common errors and solution for you:

-You may have insufficient funds or exceeded your credit limit: kindly contact your bank

-You may have entered the wrong information: kindly ensure all payment details keyed in are correct.

 

DELIVERY/PICKUP

QCan I deliver to without Klang Valley?
AWe only covered of the area in Klang Valley.

 

QWhen will I receive my goods after placing order?
AIf you place your order before 5pm, your order will be delivered the next day. You may choose up to 7 days ahead for delivery date.

 

QWhat is the delivery schedule?
AMonday – Saturday, 11am - 6pm (Until delivery is complete).

 

QI was away at the time when the goods were delivered to me, what should I do?
AIt’s advisable that you be available to make remarks at your chosen preferred delivery time.

 

QI have yet to received my order within the delivery time stated above, what can I do?
A

If you have not received your goods by 6pm, do not worry as delivery is still ongoing. There were instances where last delivery was 10pm due to delays and heavy deliveries.

QCan I Self-collection? Where?
A

Self-Collection available at Green Mart Store. Store address as below:-

*Pick up schedules are available on MONDAY TO SATURDAY only.

– Monday to Saturday (11am – 7pm)

* Please inform us at least ONE day in advance for the pick up date.

QHow Delivery Coverage works?
A

The delivery fee are payable by customer itself, payment is made in cash directly to the delivery man (Lalamove / Grab) when they arrive with the items at the specified destination.

 

RETURN & REFUND

QAre the goods sold returnable?
A

We do not accept return after the goods is received by our customer. Please check that goods ordered are received in good condition upon delivery. However, in very rare situation where our products are found defective or expired, you may return the goods to us.

Q How do I request for a refund?
A

Any item spoilt/damage or incorrect items from your placed order, please notify us within 24 hours from the date & time of delivery.

 

QI realised that I have ordered the wrong items only when the good is delivered to me, can I request for an exchange?
A

Unfortunately, goods sold are not exchangeable. Kindly check your orders at the order summary page before checking out.
